These are the terms for using Inhale Words, on iOS, Android, or any platform we ship it on. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Inhale Words on devices you own or control, for as long as your subscription is active or your trial lasts. You don't get ownership of the app itself — just permission to use it.
Inhale Words costs $3.99 per year after any free trial ends. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Billing, trials, refunds, and cancellation are all handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play — through your account settings on that platform, not through us. We don't process payments or store payment details.
If you were subscribed as a beta tester before public launch, your subscription is grandfathered at $1.99 per year for as long as you keep it active — you don't need to do anything to keep that rate.

Whatever you import — EPUBs, PDFs, URLs, pasted text — is yours, and you're responsible for having the right to read and store it. Inhale Words processes that content entirely on your device, including for AI features, as described in our Privacy Policy, and doesn't claim any ownership over it.
Inhale Words is provided as-is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to every use. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties beyond what your app marketplace requires us to provide.
To the extent permitted by law, Inhale Words isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed what you paid for your subscription in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the app or these terms over time. If a change is significant, we'll make a reasonable effort to flag it in the app itself. Continuing to use Inhale Words after a change means you accept the updated terms.
